We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our highly reputable Parts & Accessories Department. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and online with parts, accessories, and riding gear orders.
- Help maintain proper inventory of parts, accessories, and apparel.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of motorcycles (any brand!) and/or motorcycle products.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, but we also welcome candidates from other customer-focused industries.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $17-$20 per hour based on experience and qualifications

This position would be a good fit for someone with a retail sales and customer service background, basic knowledge of motorcycles, and/or motorcycle products.
