About the Job
Bob’s Motorcycles is looking for a skilled Technician to join our elite service team. You will have the opportunity to grow in a casual and fun environment that encourages work-life balance. Previous experience and/or technical certification is required (any brand); knowledge of the BMW or Ducati product line is a plus but not required. Workweek is Tuesday-Saturday, year-round. Compensation package is industry competitive! Pay structure includes hourly wage, flat rate commission, and bonuses. Earnings potential is commensurate with effort and experience, $70K-100K is within reach.
Requirements:
- Previous experience and/or technical certification in repairing motorcycles (any brand).
- Proven track record of productivity and efficiency.
- Motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Motorcycle driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Technically knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on the BMW motorcycle product line.
- Good mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Manual dexterity.
- Able to qualify for Maryland Inspector license.

- Dedicated to your safety: A UV light air purification system is installed that kills germs and viruses and completely cleans the air throughout the dealership multiple times a day. Surface areas are cleaned frequently.

Earnings potential: $50,000-$100,000 based on experience and qualifications.

This position would be a good fit for mechanics and technicians with experience with BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph, or any other motorcycle brand, and/or with experience in the automotive, motorcycle, or powersports industries.
