What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
- Inspect motorcycles and identify mechanical issues.
- Test ride motorcycles when necessary for diagnosis and quality control.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures.
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area .
Qualifications:
- Previous experience repairing motorcycles, powersports vehicles, or automobiles.
- Technical training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Valid motorcycle driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to qualify for a Maryland Inspector License.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical information and repair procedures.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform physical repair work.
- Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph, or other motorcycle brands
- Powersports or dealership service experience

Earnings potential: $50,000-$100,000, based on experience and qualifications:
