About the Job
Bob’s Motorcycles is looking for a driven, hands-on Service Porter & Motorcycle Delivery Driver to join our team full-time. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same—you’ll work alongside our expert technicians in our highly respected service department while also hitting the road to transport motorcycles and support our customers. From handling bikes of all sizes to helping to keep the shop running smoothly, you’ll play a key part in delivering the high-quality experience we’re known for. This position runs Tuesday–Saturday and offers competitive starting pay of $16–$17 per hour based on experience and abilities, PLUS commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport motorcycles with tow truck designed for motorcycles.
- Drive to and from specific locations to pick up and drop off motorcycles or other items specified by management. Keep accurate records.
- Push bikes out before shop opens and in after shop closes, or as directed.
- Wash motorcycles for dealer inventory and service customers.
- Uncrate motorcycles to rolling chassis or for inspection and storage. Operate forklift as directed.
- Maintain service demo fleet, such as checking tire pressure and oil levels and cleaning bikes as needed.
- Other duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Ability to confidently maneuver motorcycles of all sizes
- Ability to transport a 10ft trailer (20ft a plus, no CDL required)
- Clean driver record and background/drug test
- Self-motivated, energetic, and reliable
- Positive attitude toward customer service and relationship with coworkers
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Valid motorcycle license, or previous experience with motorcycles, is a plus

Competitive salary: $16-17/hour based on abilities and experience PLUS commission
