Bob’s Motorcycles is looking for a skilled Technician to join our elite service team. You will have the opportunity to grow in a casual and fun environment that encourages work-life balance. Previous experience and/or technical certification is required (any brand); knowledge of the BMW or Ducati product line is a plus but not required. Workweek is Tuesday-Saturday, year-round. Compensation package is industry competitive! Pay structure includes hourly wage, flat rate commission, and bonuses. Earnings potential is commensurate with effort and experience, $70K-100K is within reach.

Requirements:

Previous experience and/or technical certification in repairing motorcycles (any brand).
Proven track record of productivity and efficiency.
Motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Motorcycle driver’s license with clean driving record.
Technically knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on the BMW motorcycle product line.
Good mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Manual dexterity.
Able to qualify for Maryland Inspector license.
